• Preform a cost analysis and detailed estimate based on the preliminary design

• Form the Contract & Construction Purchase Agreement and finalize Construction Drawings

• Begin Construction!

• Throughout the project our team will keep you informed via monthly budget & scheduling updates

• Prior to Closing we will collaborate with you on your project’s Punch List & maintenance schedule, and our Interior Finishes Team will put the final touches on your New Home to make it a Great House!
